Dear beStudents,

The 'organic evolution' of this site will develop with contributions from students of BE. Meditation in Motion. It is a place to share information with each other that relate to our Qigong practice and anything relevant to Taoism, Buddhism, Mindful Living and Meditation.

I will post details of up and coming workshops, retreats and you will be able to download 'beMINDERS' which are handouts to compliment our Qigong and workshops. And if this wasn't enough soon I will be putting videos up to help your practice and building a 'Qipedia' a glossary of terms and images to help you with your practice.
