The Breathing Room
Tuesday's at The Orange Grove Clinic - 10.30am-11.30am


"Breathing governs the sensations through which you experience life. When your breathing is deep and smooth those sensations are vivid and clear and add a great deal of joy to your daily life." 

Join us for an hour of purely sitting, learning to follow your breath and being.

If you are happy to sit on the floor then please bring either your own meditation cushion or something similar, otherwise chairs are available.

Ohana is a ancient Hawaiian word used to describe 'people who breathe together'. When I came across it I always knew it would come in handy one day!

The program teaches Taoist Longevity Breathing and is taught on a one day workshop. The practise of mindful and conscious breathing will enhance not only your daily lives but enhance your Qigong practise.

Once we have built a community of 'Breath Taking Ohana's' I aim to create a weekly Breathing Room where we can meet, meditate through breathing and be mindful together. Please let me know if this would be of interest to you.
